FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Since my early days, I’ve always loved expressing myself through creation. So much so, I got my BA in Theatre & Dramatic Arts from University of Southern California (fight on!) and moved on to dance and act professionally for a big chunk of my 20s. I’m passionate about artistry and all the different ways we’re able to create something beautiful & from the heart. (I can be a bit cheesy at times.)

Hi, I'm Mariah! I handle all things administration for VCM. Originally I am from a small town in Kansas and now residing in Iowa. I attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences. I love assisting with administration and operations tasks so the creative team can continue to focus on creating!

I'm Alina, originally from Chile. I took a leap and moved to Miami in late 2021 for a fresh start fueled by a love for challenges. With a background in art direction, I'm passionate about advertising. I'm also a content creator on my personal social accounts. At VCM, I collaborate to strategize, plan, and curate engaging content calendars for clients, aiming to elevate their online presence.

Hi! My name is Ali Hill. I'm 25 years old & live in Boston, Massachusetts. I have experience working in Sales & Growth Marketing for the past 3.5 years. My experience is on the brand side, so I'm excited to learn more about Agency work! My role at VCM is a Sales Specialist where I'll help grow and scale the sales team. Very excited for my new role!

Crafting captivating content is not just my job; it's my passion. Through my tumblr phase, Disney influencer era, and casual (but not really casual) posting era, I've always had an eye for aesthetics.
